It was okay. Due to traffic, I contacted QEEQ for assistance in postponing the car pickup, and they replied that they could keep the reserved car model.
Great service! It's super convenient to pick up and return the car. Got an Audi Q5, and it performed well. The four-wheel drive is especially suitable for Banff area.
The counter staff were impatient. They tried to upsell insurance but stopped after being told it wasn’t needed. The car was upgraded for free, and aside from the unclean interior, everything else was fine.
The wait time was extremely long, almost 1.5 hours. Initially, there was only one staff member, and as the queue grew longer, they slowly added two more service personnel.
Guy who served me was awesome. Super efficient and was on the road in no time.

Liaised with Avis via WhatsApp for us. We had delays on the flight into Seattle and the Amtrak over into Canada. I was worried we would arrive too late for pick up. They communicated with Avis brilliantly. Made it to pick up at 12:05 and they shut 12:30am
The queue time was very short, and the service attitude seemed fine. However, I went to the counter at the originally scheduled pickup time and asked if I could pick up the car a day later and whether there would be any additional charges. The counter staff informed me that I could pick up the car the next day without any extra fees. The next day, when picking up the car, I asked again to confirm, and they assured me there would be no charges and I could proceed with the pickup as usual. However, a fee was quietly charged the day before returning the car (through the pre-authorized card, so I wasn’t aware at the time). I only noticed the unexplained charge after checking my bank statement upon returning home. After contacting Zuzuche, they explained that the fee was for late pickup. First of all, the late pickup had an impact on me but caused no loss to the car rental company. Secondly, I asked twice and was told there would be no additional charges. If there were fees, why not inform me and charge me when I picked up the car? Why was the fee quietly charged the day before the return?
