Overall experience was good but at the time of return i was not able to fill the fuel tank to full as i took express way .The tank was above half i have pictures of same but the staff at counter didnot agree with meter reading and was asking 1000 baht for refill after much arguing they accepted 750 baht.O do understand that i was supposed to fill the tank but asking 1000 baht for a tank more than half is too much when the complete car tank gets filled up for 1200 baht.

Although the rental policy stated that the car should be returned with a full tank, this was not the case. The fuel gauge showed two bars less than full when picking up the car. While I was told to return it with the same fuel level, it is difficult for renters who are unfamiliar with the car’s fuel consumption. Usually, the car gets returned with a full tank, which is unfair to renters.

Check the car carefully for chipping and damage to the wheels. This company intends to cut off your deposit at the first opportunity.

Unfortunately there is no Chic Car Rental office in the International airport only domestic so does make it more difficult for pickup. Would probably not choose them again unless I was arriving domestic.

What I loved is that Chic Car Rent gave us an upgrade. Gave us a very nice car in top condition. What was a bit cumbersome was the pick up process. Because we had to wait for someone to pick us up from the international terminal to go to the domestic terminal and do formalities. The pick up process took a lot of time. More than half hour. But, the officials at the Chic Car Rent were very nice people and very helpful and courteous. So, overall I am quite happy. Just pick up process time needs to be reduced.

Very nice. No complaints whatsoever. I cancelled one booking to rebook at some other time slot. And the refund was processed in 1 day flat. That was like wow. I never expected such an amazing speed of refund. You guys are amazing...Everything else was also good. Ease of booking, the choices, the price offered. Just too good. Am very happy with ERC. I will certainly use you guys every time I plan a holiday

This car rental company is suspected of insurance fraud. When we picked up the car, it had a broken light which we asked them to note down, but they didn't. We took a photo, and when returning the car, they immediately took a picture, implying that we damaged it. Then they insisted that we scratched the wheel rim. Friends, be vigilant when checking the car. The car rental services at Lang Man Airport have gone bad. Returning the car costs 5000 Baht, we almost missed our flight because of this troublesome process. This rental company was decent before March this year, but now they're just about collecting fines and money.
