Car was quite banged up.

Easy to book.

Always efficient and quick and they do not try to hard well add-ons, which has not been the case for others at BKK I have used before.

It is just a booking platform so not a lot to say but was very efficient.

The staff kept asking for a tip and asked me if I liked marajana. I think that tell you all you need to know. Awful and I’m still waiting for my deposit back.

New cars, good service

I was charged THB 535 for late pick up the car due to flight delay... and it was not stated in the booking condition.

Staff did not provide info. about where to get the gasoline nearby the airport.

Very satisfied with the service. During the drive, I had a flat tire, and the repair personnel arrived within about 15 minutes after calling. Very efficient!

Very friendly and easy-going staff, helped to process my documents efficiently and explained the rental agreements clearly. Went with staff to pick up the car that's parked near the terminal door (no need to walk far), did some quick checks to mark any existing faults, and was on my way. The return was a bit confusing due to the instructions given - I thought I needed to find car park 7, but after a quick call, i found out it was actually Door 7 (they call it "Entrance 7") at the Arrivals Hall (the same area where I picked the car up from, where their car rental booth is). I might have misread the info, but I guess they could have written it clearer or just told me to drop off near the same area I picked it up, since based on the address written, I don't know what "floor" or "entrance number" i was at during my arrival. But other than that, the drop-off process was smooth, and the staff cheekily asked if I "got into any accidents" before letting me sign off that the car was returned with full tank, without any (new) damages. Overall, I would definitely rent with Chic Car Rent again.

Easyrentcars lived up to its name. Everything was very smooth and easy, and prices very competitive. Will definitely use again.

I called to make appointment the time to drop off. The Chic Car rent staff was waiting for me there. I was impressed the service.

Please call Chic as they are in domestic arrivals which is like 5 mins walk from international arrivals. They will walk you through to counter. Car rental has 110k miles so it was knackered but worked well along with air con in excruciatingly hot Phuket.

Easy affordable, will use again.

Counter services need to improve

The counter staff are nice and friendly.

Due to booking transition error, it took about 2 hours to pick up the car with Easyrentcars.com help. And because of busy season, the normal sized SUV was provided to me. On this trip, I was alone, so ... very ? too? spacious. In country side area, mileage was 12.5 km/l (91). Thinking of Thailand gasoline quality....huum I don't know good or bad. Anyway, counter staff was very polite.

I received the confirmation message (double booking or no) from Easyrentcars.com 2 days before, on the rent start day, at counter... staff said " Easyrentcars.com cancelled your booking. " I phoned your customer service, and I got great help from staff.

The staff at the Chic Car Rent desk were nice initially but were only after my money & chose not to engage in any discussion points that I had raised, stating that communication was a problem even though there was a Thai person with me. Clearly this was not a pleasant experience & I will be telling anyone & everyone not to use this company. How is it that a company who uses an online service can have a company representing them that deal with their customers in this way? I believe that customer service plays a big role when dealing with service delivery.

そんなに期待はしていなかったのですが、車の状態は日本のレンタカーのレベルでした。(チェンマイは地元の方々も車を綺麗な状態で乗っています) カウンター・車の受渡し担当など、関わったスタッフは全て親切でした。

日本で予約をしたのですが、迷うことなく予約できました。 バウチャーをプリントアウトして提出したので、レンタカーのカウンターでもスムーズに手続きが進みました。

Lack of local contact information is very inconvenient
