The AC was not that cold.

Friendly staff great service car ready. Didn't give 10 stars for two reasons. Have the way deposit is handled I'll have to wait 4-6 weeks for it to be refunded? It's a credit card, why is that so long? Also dropoff location was very unclear. Email said in airport but it's actually the taxi area adjacent to airport, different entrance from the street. No rental return signs at Chiang Mai, and I wish Chic had explained that. To be fair we rented in Chiang Rai do perhaps the staff there didn't know. But it should be in the email.

It takes quite sometimes to get it settle at the counter. The staff assisted was initially not so friendly, after sometimes she's ok.

Booking platform was ok. It shows chic car rent is the cheapest.

Only informed upon arrival that there was no baby seat. Both pickup and dropoff were inconvenient and disorganized.

The counter is at domestic terminal, a bit inconvenient to pick up the car if you arrived at international terminal.

Some scratches on the car body but overall good condition and well maintained. Staffs at the counter was friendly but the staff at the pick up could have been a bit more helpful with the explanations.

During collection, the car is cleaned, however there were too much gease applied on the car rubber mats.

Price is reasonable.

They didn't proactively contact us the night we arrived. On the return day, we almost missed our flight due to traffic jams and they didn't allow us to return the car at Terminal 5.

Had to wait long time for pickup . Difficult to detect the counter if passenger arrives at terminal 1. Need to walk to terminal 2 for counter.. counter person was in hurry to handover the vehicle and didnt let us click all the photos which turned up in unneccesary tire scratch charges of thb 5500. While returning counter person blames us that we should be responsible enough to check everything. Thank god we had 1st party protection which helped us in getting that money back.

The service was quick and friendly at the domestic arrival hall. The car was almost new, a seven-seater diesel similar to a Toyota Prado, with only about 10,000 kilometers on it. Fuel-efficient with plenty of space.

I rent Toyota Yaris, but i get Nissan Almera. you should give same the rent.

I have discounts but I cannot used it

Vehicle broke down. We had to take the vehicle to a garage for repairs. Waited over three hours. Balance of our day was stuck in a garage waiting for repairs. Rental company didn’t have a replacement vehicle. Nothing about compensation for us. We had plans and couldn’t do them. Very disappointed

The staff were lazy and had a terrible attitude! The most outrageous thing is that we found out they charged us extra after we returned home!!! This has never happened in all our previous rentals!

good price but i pay for super coverage. but when i pick up car, staff told me that it was not cover any insurance! Lucky me, i didn’t have any accident!
