CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON THRIFTY AT LOS ANGELES AIRPORT, LAX

This was my first car rental experience in the U.S. After leaving Los Angeles Airport, I had to look for the rental company shuttle at the roadside, there's a designated stop nearby that takes some searching. Once at the store, the pickup was fairly smooth with no extra sale fees. However, the originally booked mid-size SUV was replaced with a compact Chevrolet Equinox. The staff told us there were no cars of the booked type available. Although we weren't happy about it, the given car was newer and could still fit our luggage, so we accepted it. During this trip, we rented cars from three different companies and encountered issues each time. This was the least problematic experience.

Car was good Waited in line for 20 minutes It took a long time to get from LAX to Thrifty, because the shuttle went to Dollar rent a car, which wasn’t close to Thrifty.

Not bad There was an attempt to upsell insurance when renting the car

Not satisfied. I booked a Jeep, but upon arrival, there were only a few cars to choose from, and the only SUV available was a Buick. After checking, it costs 125,900, which is not in line with my rental price.

Forced to buy insurance, otherwise no car.

返却時夜中の３時と言うこともあったと思いますが　スッタフが誰もいなかったため　３０分ぐらいうおうさおうしました。

No extra charges and the deposit refund was quick. Limited car selection, mainly Chrysler and Dodge, no Nissan.

Pretty good, we got to choose our own car within the same class. Since we had a lot of luggage, we chose a bigger one.

Didn’t have a van so gave me a pickup or told me to drive to another location that might have a van at 11pm after a 12hr flight. Made our house move very difficult.

I was changed to Budget but they were great and they gave me an upgrade

The car was well-maintained, very clean inside and out when I picked it up. The rental and return processes were very convenient.

I would have rather rented at Thrifty, you put me at Fox, there were hidden fees and crappy cars with more hidden cleaning fees after I got in the car. I will never rent at Fox again!

I have no problem with you, at a platform, I have used you before with Thrifty, and all was well.
