They didn't aggressively push insurance. After seeing my order, we talked for less than 5 minutes before they informed me to pick up the car. I could choose any car in the same category.

After arriving in the afternoon, I had to wait in line for almost two hours to get the car. By the time I left, the queue behind me had already wrapped around four times. However, there were only three people handling the procedures at the counter. The person who assisted me had a very bad attitude. Initially, they said my Canadian driver's license was not valid for renting a car on a Chinese website and insisted on a Chinese license. It was only after someone else intervened that they allowed me to rent the car. I've rented many times on this platform with my Canadian license without any issues. I will never rent from this company again.

Quick process, no extra insurance added.

Il nous a fallu plus de 2 heures pour récupérer notre véhicule avec une file d'attente impressionnante. 3 personnes sur 15 guichets. Compliqué quand on passé 12 heures dans un avion. Au guichet on en profite pour vous proposer des services que vous n'avez pas besoin (abonnement péage quand il n'y en a pas aux USA) ou plein du véhicule quand l'essence est facilement accessible. Pour récupérer le véhicule, même chaos, personne pour vous guider pour savoir lequel prendre. Une très mauvaise expérience avec Thrifty.

Very satisfied. Although there were some minor issues, they were resolved well.

It was strange; after swiping my credit card, they asked in Chinese for 200 dollars cash. My daughter communicated over the phone and they didn't charge it in the end. I have some doubts...

No upselling during pickup. Great service.

Both pickup and dropoff were smooth and quick. Service attitude was good.

Overcharged for upgrades

Up sell of prepaid fuel on drop off was way more expensive than doing it myself. They told it its at a cheaper price per gallon when i got the car to do that.

They thought I didn't understand English and selected an additional paid insurance for me. I later found out and had it corrected. They kept trying to sell me insurance and other unnecessary services. Returning the car was convenient.

Pickup process is a little bit slow and the guy on the counter push me too hard to sell me insurance from them even told him I already got insurance from another company, he keep insist to buy it and explain me how much the California drivers are dangerous and will have a big troubles with my car and future accidents .

The problem with easyrentcars is that the stated vehicle category is actually one category above the vehicle Thrifty delivers

Terrible, they charged me even though I filled up the tank.

We arrive quite late at 9 by the time we get to pick our car. There isn’t many choices left and the staff came and offer us an upgrade. We finally chose a Jetta with low mileage and a nice colour. Check in took a long time as there are two counters open but check out was such a breeze
