The service was decent, although the receptionist's attitude wasn't great when she saw we were from China. The car was relatively new. The drop-off location is in the city center and easy to find with GPS. Overall, it was pretty good and reasonably priced, recommended.

Renting a CRV for $39 a day, what more can you ask for? 'Fantastic!' The car had 45,000 miles on it, but it was well-maintained and still drove great. However, QEEQ told us insurance was included, but the rental company said it wasn't, and we had to buy it separately, and it wasn't zero deductible. In the end, we didn’t buy it from them. We were a bit nervous throughout the trip.

It's a small company located outside the airport, making returning the car convenient, with a shuttle to the airport. But it's limited to the airport; I stayed at the airport holiday inn and asked if they could pick me up at the hotel, but they refused unequivocally. I had to call a taxi to get to the company. The car wasn't very new, but the price was cheap. However, the AUD 300 deductible even with full insurance is not good. It's better to choose big companies like HERTZ that offer zero-deductible insurance.
