Great car, Great Service. All the instruction to find the counter was so easy. Only one thing bothers me about the pre auth of my cc. It takes more than a week to realese the deposit. But overall excellent.

Picked up the car at 8 AM, there were only two service staff at the counter, but luckily the wait wasn't long. When returning the car, it coincided with lunchtime, but no extra fees were charged. Overall, quite satisfied.

The process took too long. After returning and inspecting the car (including signing), I was informed via phone ten minutes later that there was an issue.

I have been renting from Galaxy for few instances and previous trip I switch to another car rental thinking that most of the car rental are the same. Full of disappointment from other car rental providing bad car conditions (old and dirty). This trip I switch back to Galaxy Asia and through comparison you will realised the differences. I will continue with Galaxy Asia and hope they will continue with such good service and quality car.

Can you make the deposit fee cheaper and more convenient ?

Yes, they upgraded us to a bigger van (at no additional charge) as the one we booked was not available at the time. we also arrived later, by 2:30 hours as there was a delay in our flight but I was in constant communication with galaxy asia staffs and they were in fact the 1st one to inform me of my flight delay without me knowing! (means they were actually tracking my arrival!) Kudos to the team. Upon arriving, pick up was seamless and they gave very clear instructions. Best ever rental I've worked with so far in the few years of renting !

I had to pay more than what the insurance covered. The rental service claimed it couldn't be reimbursed — awful service.

Service from staff is good and the Car is new and well maintained.

The booking process is simple and fast.

The guys at the counter were helpful in guiding us from the KLIA arrival hall to Block D as it was a bit of a walk and not really straightforward. The pick-up process was smooth, so was the drop-off. Never had any issues during the duration of the rental.

Booking via Easyrentcars.com was smooth. The customer service was quick to respond but were not able to answer questions immediately. They had some of the best deals wrt car rental. Will book through their platform again

Very good

Overall, it's quite good. However, during the return, they suddenly claimed there was damage to the car. After a long argument, they conceded. This has never happened before. It was disappointing.

Great! Located right in the T2 terminal bus station, very easy to find. Arrived an hour early and smoothly picked up the car. The attendant was waiting in the parking garage when returning the car.
