received an old car > 100.000 km, with lots of dents and scratches, but the size of the size of the car was bigger then reserved

pretty easy to book

They were condescending, thinking we had comprehension issues, when in fact their English was poor!

The wait time at the desk was long, they only fast tracked Europcar members, I would have though they should prioritise pre-booked customers as well.

Very good, no issues

I booked something like Seat Ibiza and got Citroen C3 Aircross. Huge difference. Instead of small and easy to handle car I got bulky behemoth.

Would be great to have photos of real cars they have. It's always amaze me how far different could be picture car from real one.

The car was in very good condition. The pick up process was smooth. I was welcomed by a very friendly employee. I was offered an upgrade to a Jeep Wrangler at a very good price, which I accepted. Overall I am very satisfied with the rental.

When booking through Zuzuche, I noticed there was a mileage limit on the rental options. Therefore, I didn't purchase Zuzuche's insurance but planned to buy the car rental company's insurance on-site and have them remove the mileage limit clause. At the car pick-up, I asked if I could buy full coverage without any mileage limit. The staff assured me there was no mileage limitation. Since the contract was in Portuguese, I trusted them and didn't translate it word by word. However, when returning the car, they still charged us for exceeding the mileage limit. I felt deceived, but since I signed the contract, even if I filed an after-sales complaint with Zuzuche, based on my years of experience with them, they would definitely not sincerely help resolve such issues. So, I could only accept my bad luck and consider it a costly lesson!

I am unhappy that the original reserved car model was not available. Even after showing the car rental insurance, the staff kept suggesting additional insurance like roadside assistance, causing the rental process to take a long time, around 30 to 40 minutes.

All was good no prob picking up and returning the car.

Easy to book

When picking up the car, I asked two people about two pieces of luggage. They said the car I booked was suitable for city driving, but if going to a farther city like Porto, it would be better to switch to a larger car, which would cost an additional 25 euros per day. Nevertheless, I chose to keep the original car. The car I received had 20806 kilometers on the odometer and was relatively new. Although it was a compact car, its height made the seating feel spacious, and after folding the rear seats, there was ample room for two pieces of luggage. The car handled very well, but the air conditioning was not very effective.

The car is brand new. The service is good.

The car we had expected was not available so we had a free larger vehicle which was comfortable with adequate room. We could have had a bit more instruction on the workings of the vehicle as it had technology with which we were unfamiliar.

Drop off was confusing as the signage was not clear. Which parks were for which rental firms could have been much clearer. Booking was easy .

The overall service was excellent, with no unnecessary steps or upselling. The car pickup was fast, the service was great, and the staff was very humorous!

Nothing to say. It’s normal at the time we arrive they are lower on staff. Perfectly understandable.
