The store is closed from 1-3 PM, which is very inconvenient. We waited until 3:20 for the staff to arrive. The car I reserved was not available, and they recommended two entirely different cars. However, we eventually got a car, and its condition was acceptable.

Never choose small companies. The incompetent staff claimed my Korean driver's license and international driver's license number didn't match, causing me to spend extra money to take a taxi to the train station to get a car from Avis without any problem. My Italian friend called to resolve it, but they ignored the call and didn't respond to complaint emails.

Overall okay, this is one of the larger rental companies and is quite easy to find if not for the return instructions from QEEQ. The issue is they never answer the phone, and you have to figure everything out on your own.
