The wait time to the car was over 2,5 hours I did not get Cabrio despite I prepaid 100% I was invited to get cheaper car for same money The insurance I was offered costed more than the rent

Je n ai pas eu la voiture réservée sur Internet. J avais réserve un Opel Crossland (petit suv) et j ai eu une Peugeot 308. L Opel était pourtant bien présente sur le parking et je n ai pas compris pourquoi je ne l ai pas eue. L intérieur de la 308 n était pas propre. L essuie glace arrière avait été enlevé (Sans doute vole) et non remis.

Confusing with insurance purchased through easy rent cars but then when we arrived Sicily By car said this did not cover them and tried to get us to purchase additional insurance

The car was as expected however the service was possibly the best i have received throughout Europe. Simple , efficient and friendly.

Everything was great. They didn’t try to hard sell the additional insurance. They did go over the car with a fine toothed comb but I didn’t have any damage. Staff was nice enough.

Everything was very good with the exception of the long wait to pick up the car. We waited a little more than an hour just to pick up the vehicle.

The company is very popular. Other car rental counters were very empty, but there was a line at Sicily's counter. The staff displayed typical Italian efficiency - slow and unhurried. It took two hours to complete the process, but they didn't try to upsell any insurance, which was nice. However, when picking up the car, I found out they gave me a manual car, and I had to go back downstairs to exchange it. The staff weren't apologetic at all and even asked if I didn't know how to drive a manual. Overall, the cost-performance ratio was okay.

I had an amazing good deal with pick up at one location and return at another for cheap price. counter service was poor since there was only 1 person on a weekend day at the main station, so we waited 1 hour, but ok they upgraded me and gave me an amazing car with only few scratches. Highly recommended - but be aware of the fine print in the contract

I booked the car for 7:30 AM, my husband and I arrived at the pickup point at 7:15, but the staff was not present. We had to wait for an extra 30 minutes, which affected our next schedule. Additionally, I completed the online check-in information on the rental platform the day before, which claimed to eliminate the need for filling out forms in person. However, at the location, I was still required to fill out the same information, wasting our time!

They did not allow me to rent a car. I don't know if I was misled by Zuzuche or the rental company.

Booked a large car but got two smaller ones last minute. Increased fuel and parking costs, and most importantly, no one to share the driving made it very tiring.

The entire pickup process was appalling. The ticketing system in place doesn't work (people push, miss their numbers and return later) and we had to wait for well over 2 hours past our pick up time. One of the staff members was also quite rude (although the lady who eventually served us was fine). Each customer took so long to deal with - they really need to modify the collection process.

The staff at Sicily by Car in Rome was incompetent. it took us over 90 minutes to pick up our car. And since we were in Rome for only that evening, we were very disappointed!

Good service, excellent value.

Poor service tried to off load damaged SUV - damage not record on documents asked to sign before pickup. Returned the key to desk and requested a car with no big dents. Replaced with a standard car not SUV - disappointing but had no chosse condering time of pickup. Also SetNav did not work - wasted good holiday time returning to the Sicily desk.

Additional charges after the rental

Pick up at Rome Airport took over an hour. I had already booked and paid for car,so should have been much quicker process
