Tried to give me a dirty heavily damaged Malibu and when I asked for another. I was told by a very rude guy that I’m renting a USED car! The car was so dirty and damaged that I insisted and was finally given a presentable car.
Had to wait in line for an hour late at night. The additional driver option in the order was missing, and had to resolve it through Zuzuche. The final solution was to pay upfront and get reimbursed after completing the order.
