Overall very satisfied, no pushy insurance sales. However, there was an issue during pickup. We booked a Pathfinder but were given a pickup truck, which didn't meet our needs. After communicating, we got a brand-new Kia minivan with only 629 miles on it. We drove over 3000 miles in 13 days.
Not bad, both picking up and returning the car were quite convenient. Initially, they gave me a Dodge which was too big, but I easily swapped it for a Toyota Avalon at the counter.
