La voiture que l'on m'a donné sentait très fort le tabac, tout l'intérieur était sale, taché il y avait des cendres partout. Je ne parle même pas de l'extérieur, sale, tellement sale qu'on ne voyait pas les rayures si nombreuses! La voiture n'avait pas été lavée depuis des mois!!!! Le véhicule était extrêmement abîmé. Je loue souvent des voitures avec d'autres loueurs, je n'avais jamais eu une voiture dans cet état!!

The reservation was for "Small SUV" Opel Mokka or similar. Unfortunately I was provided with a regular car and Interrent argued that the car is in the category of small SUV which was not true. They didn't have any SUV to offer. Citroen C4 Cactus is not SUV in my opinion.

I was immediately offered a premium upgrade, if I wanted another car I would have chosen directly when booking on the site. We are pushed a little too much for consumption.

you should stop working with Interrent. They don't care about customers! more than 40 minutes waiting to pick up my car. 2 persons sitting at thedesk counter but not interesrted to take care of a customer. Car was in a very bad shape: dirty, smelling alcohol, was needing maintenance... no one when I returned the car early morning (6.30am) and spent another 30 minutes to find someone to give the Keys. horrible experience. The worst i experienced over last 10 years!!1

The company is relatively small and operates in partnership with Hertz. The logo is too small and hard to find.

The insurance was only online so when i got the car they td me that i would have to advance the payments if ever and get reimbursed later. This was really bad experience for me.

The store has Mercedes C-series and E220D series cars, but refuses to provide them.

Soit disant pas de problème sur le retoue Pour se faire débiter 195 euros pour un ailerons abimé On a fait des photos de la voiture et même une video C'est du n'importe quoi!!!!!!!!! La voiture n'avait rien........ Nous DEMANDONS LE REMBOURSEMENT, C'EST INADMISSIBLE

Despite repeatedly confirming at pickup that I had already purchased insurance and did not need any additional coverage, I was still charged 100 euros for so-called insurance when I returned the car. After multiple phone calls, I still haven't received a satisfactory answer. The refund process is still under verification, and I haven't received the refund yet!

The process was very convenient. They have many locations in France, mostly in popular areas of each city.

I booked a Peugeot 508, but at pickup, I was told I got a Fiat 500X instead, and they said it was an upgrade. There were no other options. We had to place one piece of luggage on the back seat! The travel experience was very poor!

The car rental offers great value for money! The service is also very good!

At the counter, we repeatedly reminded them that we had already purchased insurance domestically and didn't need any additional insurance. However, taking advantage of our language barrier, they still added over 500 euros worth of insurance. This is blatant insurance fraud!!! Please, Zuzuche, contact the car rental company and get us a fair resolution!!!
