Personnel mal élevé et extrêmement désagréable. Service déplorable!! inadmissible Personne au départ et au retour pour valider l'état du véhicule.

Pas de personnel pour le lieu de retrait et de restitution sur des horaires pourtant non atypiques (respectivement 11h30 et 7h45). Pour ces raisons, des frais supplémentaires pour dégâts ont été facturés sans raison. Un loueur à éviter

La voiture était impeccable. Nous avons eu un long moment d'attente au guichet pour récupérer les clés. La queue était longue et les employés de guichet trop peu nombreux. Ils furent quand même aimables et patients. Le retour de la voiture par contre fut très rapide et pratique.

Pour la réservation sur Easyrentcars.com, tout fut parfait. Aucun commentaire si ce n'est un site à recommander.

The car was not full of gas when picked up. I took photos and asked the staff to verify and record it. When returning the car, I left more than nearly one tank of gas, but was still charged for a full tank after returning to my country. Despite multiple attempts to reclaim the cost and providing relevant evidence, I didn’t receive a refund. Some colleagues had similar experiences, so friends renting cars should pay special attention.

Why the extra charges?

Bien que l’accueil fût bien l’attente était longue au guichet et nous avons été pressé lors de l'état des lieux de la voiture.

1h30 au comptoir pour finaliser ma location !!! 1 personne présente sur 3 possible un vendredi de weekend de Pâques ! Inadmissible et dernière fois pour mois avec ce loueur...

Forgot a pair of sunglasses in the car, called but they said they didn't see it

We arrived at the rental station after a late flight with the family and young kids. There was only one staff member and 2 other customers joined the line with us. But the guy was chatting up the two female friends that had come to visit him at work for over 20 minutes whilst ignoring us and other customers. Eventually a colleague arrived and was able to serve the customers. When it was our turn they tried to give us a 5 seater despite us booking a 7 seater as there was 6 of us. The guy had given a free upgrade to a group of 4 girls in front of us and given away the last 7 seater. So they had to then arrange to get one delivered from a different depot. The lady serving was helpful but the whole process was slow and unacceptable given that it was late and pretty quiet.

Straight forward booking process, good price and fair cancellation etc terms.

In simple terms: they tried every possible way to upsell additional services! Then they tried to push higher-priced cars on us, claiming that the car we rented wasn't available. I had booked an automatic, but they gave me a manual. I specifically pointed out the scratches on the car during pickup, but during drop-off, they said there was no record of it, implying the damage was our fault. It was only when I provided the photos taken during pick-up that they waived the charge.

I came to pick up the car with a handicapped child we came half an hour before the scheduled time for the rental. I asked the lady who works at the agency to give me the keys a little earlier since I had an appointment at the hospital Necker but she waited until the last minute to hand me the keys of the car despite the fact that my child was on a wheelchair!? I understand very well the rules that all agents have to respect about all rentals but this time I'm talking about human behavior towards a sick child. I sent an email to the agency Hertz explaining the behavior of his agent but they replied with a small note of apology (but in the end it did help me to solve my situation). I will be very careful To choose a better rental agency next time.

As for the restitution of my vehicle all went well

It's a big international company, so people might not believe me when I say the experience was terrible. Maybe it's because they are too big to care about customers. I booked for two days and eight hours, costing over 900 yuan. Due to a change in plans, I returned the car in three days and four hours. Because of language issues, I couldn't communicate beforehand, and I was charged an additional 4500 yuan on my credit card after returning home. My appeal was unsuccessful. I'll avoid HERZ in the future.

Service effectué au guichet Hertz. Malheureusement aucune indication dans la réservation que le retrait du véhicule se fait à cet endroit. Au guichet Hertz seul un petit logo Dollar caché derrière le comptoir indique que le retrait doit se faire là, du coup perdu 30 min à chercher ce guichet. Cela dit seul point négatif, très bon véhicule et service une fois ce problème résolu.

Two months after returning, I was charged a 42-euro fee. Customer service said it was for a traffic violation, but I don't recall any. I was very careful the whole time. Couldn’t figure it out, so I just paid.

Le temps d'attente pour la récupération

To tell you the truth,the services was very bad,the gave me a very duty car in and out,I ask why is duty the told me that there are to busy to wash. No single drops of water on the screen watch, I have to stop by the first petrol station to buying my self to refill on. I don't not sure to be return with easyrentcar. Very bad customers services.

Voiture propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur avec quelques traces carrosserie repérées lors de la remise de clés. Aucun souci. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Rien à dire. Une bonne expérience

Because I didn't buy the staff's insurance, they kept threatening that the app's insurance is different from theirs. They said any damage would cost 1000 euros, and in the end, they even checked the undercarriage, found a damage, and charged me 1000 euros.
