Excellent service!

Extremely dissatisfied, it's a scam. They extort customers. Initially, they claimed there were two damages. After I found a pre-rental photo, the staff couldn't argue. Finally, they claimed there was a scratch in an unnoticeable area and charged me 4700 RMB. For such a small scratch, it would cost only 200-400 RMB in China, at most 800 RMB. Please be cautious and avoid renting cars here!

The car was exactly what we paid for. Service was excellent and fast. We highly recommend Budget Budapest airport.

The description of how to find our vehicle when landing in Budapest was completely wrong. QEEQ stated that someone would be waiting for me after I went through customs. This was not true. Then it said to go to the vodaphone counter at the airport. There is no more vodaphone counter at airport BUD. I confirmed this with the man at the information desk. He luckily informed me that I would need to call Klaas wagen once I was ready for the shuttle to take me to get the car. After I did this it was no problem. A friendly driver with a large van came to meet me in about fifteen minutes and it went smoothly from there. But the main thing is that QEEQ has to change its explanation to say that the customer needs to give a call to the Klaas wagen agent upon arrival because there is no Klaas wagen counter.

QEEQ worked fine except for my other comment that finding Klaas wagen at the Budapest Airport was completely wrong. But luckily the phone number of Klaas wagen was in the QEEQ materials.

Every thing went great. It was very helpful to meet a guide from u that help.with all. The drop.off was easeier

It was terrible. I had to wait in line for 45 minutes to pick up the car. My original pick up time was 19:30, but I only got the car at 20:20. They forced me to buy insurance. The staff said I could return the car by 20:20 the next day because the delay was their fault. When I arrived at 20:15 the next day, the store was already closed. The following morning, I received an email charging me an extra day's fee.

It was perfect.

The overall service was great. Although there were some hiccups during pickup, they provided flexible solutions to resolve them. Thumbs up!

The rental fee is cheap, but the deposit is very expensive at 2900 euros. They also charge for highway fees and a fine deposit. If you mention traveling abroad, they charge an additional 20-40 euros per day. I do not recommend mentioning that you will drive out of Hungary.

We booked a Passat station wagon and were given a Kia Sportage, a five-seater. If the same model isn't available, they shouldn't downgrade us.

Customer service is unhelpful. Charged twice for the same reason. I chose the outbound option when booking, but after returning the car, they charged me more than 2000 for the outbound reason. Suspect the platform and the rental company are scamming customers together. Won't use this platform again.

The car rental company tries to sell insurance, and if you don't buy it, they can become very sarcastic if an accident happens. The car was not very clean when I picked it up, and for the first time, the fuel tank was at 7/8! However, the queue was short and the service was efficient. They offer airport transfers and 24-hour service. Overall, I'm quite satisfied so far.

Yes Hertz staff at Budapest (Gary) was brilliant, as i had two extra passengers and decided to go for a bigger car, not only did gary give me an automatic but a brand new Kia CEED, and the car was excellent, for only an extra 100 euros. However on returning the car a different staff said i had to pay extra for petrol - but showed him a pic to indicate tank was full, and additionally i had to pay 27 euros extra on taxes which was not mentioned when i hired the car at pick up point. Otherwise Hertz services and staff are TOP CLASS. Otherdrawback is the 1200 euro deposit - quite steep I personally think.

Great service from Qeeq, third time i have used it and the car rental prices were cheapest compared to other comparison sites including from Hertz directly

The paperwork was horrendous , felt like i was marrying somebody!. and of course the bill ended uo higher then agreed, ( due to insurance I thought i already had) hongarian extras brought my bill about 75 dollars higher then expected

qeeq is an unknown to all , whom i asked . luckily the DRYYVE company was mentioned in the qeeq lettwr otherwise i still be walking around trying to find qeeq counters in BUD airport.
