Transportation to and from Cape Cod to the airport

It was my first time renting a car, and the experience exceeded my expectations.

Pickup and return were very convenient! However, they didn't explain how to pay the toll fees. A $1 toll ended up costing $25 in processing fees each time, which was a bit annoying.

Vehicle was nice, but was dirty inside. Person at the counter when I picked up vehicle was slow and rude. Did not like being asked questions. Went to get car and a guy just said "pick any one from that row." One vehicle smelled like fermaldihide and another like an ashtray. Tried to fill vehicle with gas three times at three different gas stations and gas would not pump in due to some type of faulty gas tank nozzle entry. Barely made it back to rental area and no one was there to share the problem with. I have tried to call twice, but was put on hold for so long that I had to hang up. They will more than likely charge me an arm and a leg for gas. I also don't like their policy with the EZ Pass. For me, it would have been better to be charged for actual tolls and not a flat rate.

Car was perfect & a good choice. Dollar staff didn’t offer the option to return the car back with a full tank of gas. They wanted to charge us nearly $80 for the gas. I tried to contact dollar customer services when I found out about this option but with no joy. The lady I returned the car too allowed us to fill the car up with petrol & she removed the fee they wanted.

Loved the price drop option I just wish I could have pre-paid for the car in the uk before our trip
