Zeer professioneel en klantvriendelijk. Alles ging vlot, auto was keurig schoon en ruim.

We konden de pick up locatie niet vinden. In de mail stond dat deze in terminal was. Dit klopte echter niet en na telefonisch contact met Alamo werden we naar de juiste plek geïnstrueerd.

When I arrived, there was only one staff member, and I had to wait in line for over half an hour. They told me the original automatic car was not available, so I had to take a manual car with over 130,000 kilometers on it, which was old and full of scratches. The passenger seat was filthy and stained, and it couldn't be cleaned properly. I lodged a complaint two weeks ago and still haven't received a response.

“The automobile that we rented and pre-paid Easy Car for was not available.”

We showed up exactly on time but car was not available. After 1.5 hours they gave us an economy SUV which was uncomfortable to drive on the trip we were taking. We were told "Sorry, but we paid another company, not Alamo".
