I found it difficult to know who I had to contact to get a transfer from the Airport to the Car hire place. It would have been easier if those details were in the booking email.

The staff were great actually. I had to make two different reservations with the first being for 2 days before the second reservation. They were able to combine the two so I didn't have to come back after the first reservation. Everything went smooth and that is how I like it.

Car was great and drop-off was swift. Love the free pick-up and drop-off service to and fro the airport to the East Coast. Counter staff were rude and unfriendly, but everything else was great.
