The staff had a good attitude, and there was no line. However, I was overcharged for fuel when changing the car. When I picked up the car, it had half a tank of gas, and the front desk said I should return it with the same amount. But when I returned the car, they charged me for fuel first, and I had to wait in line again to get this charge canceled. It wasted a lot of time.

The car pickup process was self-service. We added roadside assistance insurance, printed the receipt, and picked up the car ourselves. It was very convenient. At the entrance, we scanned our documents, checked the driver's license and its translation. For the car return, we had originally planned to return it at the airport, but a phone call confirmed that we could change to the Union Square location for free, which was great since our hotel was at Union Square. The service was very good with no extra charges.

Dislike: The car had just returned from the previous renter, so they didn’t have time to clean it yet. Didn’t really matter. I was heading to the Utah desert and driving on dirt roads anyway.
