The front desk staff was very helpful. They informed me that one of the seats in the Dodge I had booked was not in great condition and offered several alternative models to choose from. I ended up selecting a Toyota Sienna minivan. It had only been driven a few thousand kilometers, and it was very spacious and comfortable.

The rental company's system is very well-established, making pickup and return very easy.
