The attitude was average, they kept trying to get me to upgrade the car. I suspect the car I reserved wasn’t available. In contrast, big companies like Enterprise would directly upgrade the customer.

Very poor service attitude

1. It took 2 hours to complete the paperwork and pick up the car. 2. The order was for a Ford Edge, but they replaced it with a Mitsubishi. The staff searched the parking lot for an hour, only to find out that the car wasn't there. They then replaced it with a Honda CRV. The car models kept getting smaller, and I wonder if the price changed as well. 3. The staff kept pushing additional insurance and delayed the processing of the car rental. Overall, very dissatisfied with this rental experience.

Returned car around 3:30 am on 11/Jan, terminal C, MCO. No officer to receive the vehicle, dropped the key to the officer at the counter. Was charged today a total of 359 US$ although returned car on dull tank with no damage, yet the insurance has 0 excess deductible. Very hard to contact budget for the over charge incurred. Please advise.

Their prices are the cheapest available and that comes with other prices. 30 min long line of people and no cars of the type you book are part of it. Other rentals will offer you free upgrade, budget will charge you for this and give you car you dont want - in my case it was truck. Lady at the counter told me that its not too big and she is driving it her self and it got back camera for parking which is necessity in LA and that mid size SUV is too small for 3 people. When I wanted different, smaller car they offered me mustang (literally the opposite of big car). Apparently I can wait until someone return car I booked and then I can take it. I canceled my booking and went to Dollar which is very well organized. Until today Im waiting for refund from budget.
