However, the second customer service representative quickly completed the check-in process without any extra sales pitches. Picking up the car was very convenient — you could directly take the car from the designated parking space. The car was very clean, with only 2000 miles on it, four-wheel drive, wireless CarPlay, and Type-C charging ports. It had better features than the model I originally booked.
