The car was in good condition, very new, and easy to handle!

The reserved car model was not available, was forced to upgrade, and the credit card was overcharged by more than $200.

They kept pushing insurance, vehicle upgrades, and various add-ons. The staff had a bad attitude and didn't understand any Chinese.

The store at Chicago airport is small and relatively far. The waiting time for the shuttle bus is long. Everything else is good.

Car was in terrible condition. There were cigarette burns and stains on the seats. You could tell the car was previously in an accident because of all the scrapes, missing paint, and the car panels kept popping out. They also tried making me pay for the car again even though it was prepaid. This was this biggest waste of time. Then I had to call to sort it out and they are located in Europe and it was difficult to communicate with them. Scammers!
