I contacted Zuzuche online and spent two hours dealing with the issue without success, which was a huge waste of time. I ended up paying the amount requested by the store. Upon returning and discussing the matter over the phone, nearly half a month has passed with no resolution.

The actual car rental company is Fox. It was my first time renting from them. I managed to avoid most pitfalls, but I forgot to check the windshield. The next morning I found an issue, but didn't think much of it. When I returned the car, there was a problem. The attendant said he would check the rental records of the previous three customers. I asked why they would rent the car out if it had a problem. He said the issue was minor and didn't affect the car's performance, and suggested I speak to his manager. Be cautious with this company; they set traps.

The car could be cleaner inside. The people in the counter were very helpful.
