Pickup process was really simple and efficient.

I was told to complete pre pick up registration which would mean the car would be ready to pick which I did. When I arrived my name wasn’t on the board so I went to the Avis Preferred desk as detailed in my instructions from QEEQ but they knew nothing about me and directed me back to the terminal. By now a line had formed and I had to wait half an hour. Filling in the pre pick up details was a waste of time and then caused me a delay when collecting

Seemed fine

There were quite a lot of people renting cars at the airport, but the Avis counters were plentiful, so the overall waiting time wasn't too long.

Avis could have been more flexible if the car that we chose is not available, better if they can give us a refund on the difference, but in my case, they won't even entertain us.

Didn't get the price drop

It was okay. Parking in Cambridge is particularly difficult and I received a fine. The rental company did not agree to deduct it from the deposit, so I had to go to the Cambridge Traffic Management Center to pay the fine myself!
