Easy to book through them

Airport pick up sign for 'centauro' would have helped to identify the pick up location. Only one mini bus who needed to do 3 trips for passengers on the same flight.

The staff was helpful but overloaded. I do not have a complaint about them, as they did what they could... but about the company. We were +20 people waiting and only 2 counters open. Moreover, we had to wait for long time because the credit card machines didn't work. Unbelievable!. That's not customer's issue; get a normal credit card machine which works with landline and do not make us wait for 1 hour!. The WORST and SLOWEST rent a car service I have ever had.

We had a very good experience all round. Amazingly cheap and very easy process to collect and drop off the car. I especially liked the Centuro staff. We left our duty free bottles in the car hire office and they were so honest, they called us the next day and said they would hold the bag for us. Very happy

Very easy

Disappointed only 6 people taken in shuttle bus so took a long time to get picked up. Very poor Have cancelled our summer holiday rental with them now on the basis of this slow service. Car was good however and suited our needs this trip
