Excellent

It was okay, I'm used to Hertz, so their car models are generally reliable, but this time the car was the worst I've ever used. When picking up the car, I noticed multiple scratches on the body and a barely noticeable dent near the trunk. During the last two days, it seemed like the tire was leaking air, and the tire pressure warning kept activating. I contacted QEEQ but didn't get a clear or satisfactory response. Fortunately, the leak wasn't severe, so I managed for two days. When returning the car, the leaking tire still had more than half of its pressure left.

Overall service was quite good. Recommend purchasing insurance at the car rental company, checking the number of passengers and luggage, and upgrading the vehicle model.

There was only one agent at the counter with a line of about 15 people. He was doing his best, but the Hertz people should have anticipated the high volume of arrivals coming in. All the other car rentals had at least two people serving customers and they expedited their rentals very fast. After close to an hour standing in line, they finally got another agent to help out. Needless to say, I arrived at my final destination at 2:30 am instead of 1:30 am as planned. Other than check in, everything else was great. Return was very fast.
