Agents @this Hertz location were extremely helpful/professional. Long wait for pick up due to amount of customers lined up and one particular client complaining and refusing to leave. Overall, outstanding customer service from the manager and his colleague.
Like: Hertz upgraded my vehicle and the Hertz staff were REALLY VERY NICE. Dislike: EasyRentCars gave me a great price but then I realized that was because it was NOT an airport location, but at a downtown location near the conference center. I had to Uber over there to to get the car (for about $25) and pay a $24 fee to return at the airport. While I still saved some money, it was not much and I would likely have opted for an airport location option if it had been made more obvious.
