The car was smaller than expected, the fuel tank was not full on arrival but I was given the excuse that it was because the indicator was broken.

Very slow service, they need more people at the desk.

The delay to pick up the car (that wasn't the quasqai because it was broken, we got a Kia Sportage that was in WAY better shape) was way too long. The Quashqai wasn't ok to go, so it made us lose precious hours of our day. Except that everything was very nice. Also it should be clearer at the airport where to take the shuttle.

They charged me for some one else to drop off car, this was never explained, then charged for existing damage
