The service is quite satisfactory, offering a high level of freedom and moderate costs. However, some pick-up locations are not inside the airport terminal, which is slightly inconvenient.

Not bad, they upgraded me to a BMW X3

Had to change car due to noise in undercarriage. Had problems to do it locally. Had to drive to the bigger hub although everything was agreed on the phone. Car had previous door panel damage, but was not noted in the vehicle pre-check list. I picked car from the gloomy garage parking so couldn't see damage. Luckily service personel believed me and I got away from extra hassle.

The staff were very patient and offered a huge range of cars at the time of pickup. I was able to wait an extra 10 minutes for a larger vehicle and had absolutely no issues.

As a first time user, I was skeptical - but the process was seamless, and I got a rate that was half the price compared to going directly to the rental company. The added insurance was required as we unfortunately had some damage to the car during our rental.
