Overall not bad, but picking up the car at the store was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the vehicle's features, condition, and cleanliness were not as good as on the Big Island. Although they washed the exterior of the car, the inside had a layer of volcanic ash on the dashboard, and the steering wheel felt grimy. There were even cockroaches; my friend felt something crawling on his leg while driving, and we eventually saw it crawling into the center console.

Poor service, although the staff was very friendly.

There were at least 10 people waiting for a car at the counter and only one rep to process car rental Had to frive to the car pick up where there was only one person to process car rental.
