The car was pretty good. However, because one gas station near the airport was under renovation and another one couldn't take credit cards for some unknown reason, I had to return the car without a full tank. For 440 km, the average fuel consumption of the Toyota was 6L, and they charged me €70.62. They showed me the receipt on an iPad and said they would email the bill to me later. In the end, I didn't receive anything in my email, but my credit card showed a charge of over €83, which was extremely frustrating!

Upon arrival, the customer service personnel will scare you by saying that because you didn't buy insurance here, any scratch will cost you 800 euros. It feels exaggerated.

I received the car that was booked which is a Ford Mondeo Estate. Car condition was excellent, very clean and exterior of car was without blemish. It has served me faithfully and without problems throughout my stay in Europe. Overall check in and out experience was smooth and without concerns. Highly recommended.

Provided me with very competitive pricing, and a peace of mind with zero excess insurance. I appreciate that one can just make a booking halfway across the world, and on the day of pick up, get my car with zero problems.

The only problem i had was with the car because we can not open the Windows in the back on the van. Global is a good place to rent a car i can and will recommand it.

Like: I did not want a GPS in the car, was told I would get it anyway, it did not work
Dislike: Signs at the Airport showing where to return Rented cars should be more visible. I almost missed the exit. Last year I needed three attempts

Car rental process was fairly convenient, the vehicle was relatively new. There were a few tourists ahead of me when picking up the car, so I queued for more than ten minutes. I booked a BMW 1 Series but received a Ford Focus instead. Are the Ford Focus and BMW 1 Series even on the same level??

Among all the car rental companies at Munich Airport, this one had the longest waiting line. The wait was at least half an hour.

They did not have the car despite me being there on time. The inspection was a fraud, attempting to attribute issues that weren’t real or within normal course of wear/tear of rental cars. No wonder they have a 1-star rating!

Arrived early in the morning, so car pickup and inspection was quick. Picking up the car an hour early costs an extra 10 euros.

Did not have available the car I booked. Why not? It was fully paid in advance with a fixed arrival time. One hour into my journey the car developed an engine running fault. It took 5 hours to source a replacement car through an alternative hire company with an additional EUR580 cost.

The staff was an older lady who seemed very unfriendly, which was quite unpleasant.

The representative provided a basic explanation of the car's equipment and functions.

Good. Arrived early in the morning, waited a short while and then completed the paperwork.

Fabulous car and good value for money. Had to wait a very long time at counter and queues meant a 60 minute delay to the departure in the car.
