Second time using, quite familiar with the process

1. The front of the car got scratched by some dry branches on the ground. It wasn't very serious and should just need some paint touch-up, but I was charged over 800 euros, which is too much.

The female staff member at Global Drive who assisted me was very unprofessional. I repeatedly asked her about full insurance, but her explanations were very vague. This ultimately cost me almost 400 euros extra.

Booked a Volkswagen but got a Renault. The car was in poor condition, the steering was off, and it felt unsafe.

Not bad.

Due to the Munich Beer Festival, I couldn't pick up the car on time. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Convenient and fast, good service attitude

They forced us to buy snow tires, which wasn't a good experience, but the rental company was great and helped us communicate and protect our interests!

I rented a car in Berlin, Germany from October 10th to December 7th and changed the car once during the period. During my interactions with QEEQ, I felt that QEEQ is indeed a responsible and trustworthy company.

1. Booked an automatic Golf on Zuzuche, total price was around 5600. At pick-up, they said only BMWs were available with automatic transmission, costing over 10000. 2. Rented car for a month but it had no spare tire and they didn't inform us. Resulted in a blowout en route to Rome costing much more. Towing fee was 150 euros, plus 480 euros for two new tires, which is unacceptable. 3. The actual rental company was small, and after the blowout incident, we called but no one answered and there was no roadside assistance. 4. The rented car had many small dents. During return, the inspector falsely claimed that pre-existing dents were caused by us. At pick-up, they acknowledged these were pre-existing but did not recognize it during return inspection. This left a bad impression.

Mediocre service. When returning the car, I couldn't find the entrance and sought their help, but they were of no assistance.

The service is excellent and highly recommended. The only minor issue is that picking up the car is a bit complicated. It would be better if they could provide more detailed directions in the future.
