VOLTA 4U CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN GREECE

The pickup location of this car rental company is extremely hard to find! Highly not recommended! The pickup point mentioned on the car rental website is completely different from their actual pickup location. We couldn't find it at all, and ended up taking a taxi ourselves, which took two hours to finally reach the company! Highly not recommended! Additionally, this company's return policy requires returning the car with a half tank of fuel. There's no clear indication of this from the rental website or the company. I only found out after refueling it fully and they won't refund the extra fuel cost! Terrible rating! The pickup service satisfaction is zero, I spent 15 euros on a taxi to get to the rental company!

The service attitude was great, no hidden charges, fast processing, and both picking up and returning the car were very convenient. When returning the car, there was a free shuttle directly to the airport, the service was excellent. Will rent from them again when visiting Greece in the future!

Volta is not a good company. They are just an agent. The actual rental company was a local one called Marathon. The service at the airport location was good. They informed us that after returning the car, they could provide a free shuttle bus to the port to catch a ferry to Rhodes island. We rented a Nissan Qashqai. The car was very old, still using CDs with no screen, so no Apple CarPlay for navigation. We couldn’t see the map. The Bluetooth could connect to the phone, but we couldn’t hear the navigation instructions. The car had no reversing radar or rearview camera. It was in poor condition. The right rear light was broken and not repaired.

Old company just change name. They have old cars. The given car was unbalanced and break issue. Poor support. Not recommend it.

Shouldn't the car rental company check the vehicle for any issues before handing it over to the customer?
