Like: Very happy with vehicle - it was what I needed to pick my son up at college from his first year with all of his belongings!

Like: Very friendly and the gas mileage on the car we had was awesome!
Dislike: The address we put in would not located the actual place thankfully we found it due to cannot get thru the phone.

Like: Igreat that it was located on the main road. Easy to find

Like: Service from customer rep. and car

Like: The staff members were very efficient and friendly. I was reminded that FL has a lot of tolls, so I was asked if I wanted to pay the toll fees upfront. I ended up using 'more' than what I paid for. Thank goodness. I saved money because of the reminder. The place itself looked shabby, but you don't want to hang out in a rental car place anyway, so if business is taken care of, you're good to go, then go! Business was well-priced!

Like: Staff were professional and gave great advice and information.

Like: Very nice people very easy to understand
Dislike: Thought that I was getting the Elantra not the VE Jetta

Like: That we could ride for 4days without having to fill up. There was a shuttle to and from the airport the process to get the car was fast
Dislike: Nothing

Dislike: Parking space too small
