no todo muy bien hace tiempo vengo contratando a traves de ustedes y ya lo recomiendo con terceros pues me parece muy bueno el servicio. El protector de caida de precio me parece muy bueno

(A) very rude and unprofessional staff on pickup desk. (B) lied about battery charge status % to be returned (c) booking no where mentioned that EV charger and EV charge cable will.not be provided / optionally chargeable. Would never recommend thrifty company and EV vehicle to anyone for rental . It wasted lot of my time , energy in managing charging and it became the focus of all my planning. Super pathetic experience. All thanks to Thrifty.

Car condition not great. Wasn't offered the car on the reservation (Camry). Instead, was offered a Chevy Malibu or Nissan Altima only, and told Malibu was larger and better.

Pick-up process was smooth and service was good. But as usual, there's always some confusion around insurance - it seems like the one I got from QEEQ.COM was insufficient and was asked to buy additional insurance so do take note of this. Perhaps, you don't need to buy it from QEEQ and just get it directly from the car rental company in the future.

Booking process was smooth but as usual, a lot of confusion around insurance coverage - I have faced this multiple times at the counter where the staff member tried to upsell more insurance saying that what I got from QEEQ.COM is insufficient.

Thrifty is usually great but this time there was a shortage of staff at the pickup counter which created a long wait

Car exceeded expectations (VW Atlas vs Nissan Pathfinder expetected). Counter was extremely slow to pick up, however.

El personal del mostrador fue exigente para venderme algo que no necesitaba y ademas me volvió a cobrar los impuestos, y termine pagando 70% más de la tarifa cobrada por QEEQ

No he tenido como reclamar ya que me cobraron por esta reserva 2 veces los impuestos, tanto en la web como en el mostrador, estoy un poco decepcionado de no poder encontrar un telefono en español que me ayude

Got a free upgrade at the counter, based on car availability. Excellent from start to finish. Couldn't have been more perfect. I would absolutely rent again, and certainly will in the future. 10/10
