I already know the Dallas car rental center, they are in very good condition and easy to find, but it bothers me a lot is if you already have a reservation and previous payments, ID, license, etc there is always some detail that delays everything, either because they don't have the car there or some other insurance factor that causes a delay, In addition to poor staff attention , it's always the same, it makes me want to look for other options in the market.
“Stressful to look for charging points that accept credit card payments”
About Dollar:6.0/10
I didn't get a RAV4. There wasn't an equivalent other than KIA EV6. Car was ok but the biggest issue for non US resident is availability of payment for charging. All the charging apps does not allow non US resident sign ups. Only network I found was electrify america which accepts credit card. BUT each charge was more than an hour with the queueing for the lot and then charging. Simply waste of my time and stressful rental. If you are non US resident get a gasoline car.
Car was excellent, although for a full size I thought it was a little small as a Genesis G70.
Staff were helpful, but didn't explain the fuel extra charge particularly well, they suggested I would only be charged for the gas used, when returned, but in reality was charged for a full tank.
They also were trying to sell a prepaid toll package tata was expensive, but didn't provide sufficient informaiton to make an informed choice

Very good, price protector didn't achieve any reduction in price. Everything worked smoothly
During my recent car rental experience, I encountered aggressive upselling tactics that were both unprofessional and based on questionable premises.
Firstly, the staff heavily emphasized worst-case scenarios to upsell additional insurance, presenting it as though an accident was almost inevitable as soon as I drove off the lot. This approach felt more like fearmongering than a genuine effort to assist customers in making informed decisions.
Secondly, I was offered a Fuel Purchase Option at an upfront cost of $67, under the claim that it would relieve me of the need to return the car with a full tank of fuel. However, based on average fuel consumption for a typical trip in Hawaii, the estimated cost of fuel would likely be under $50—even if the car was used daily. This option, therefore, seemed overpriced and unnecessary. The sales tactic included exaggerating the inconvenience of refueling in Hawaii, including claims that fuel stations were difficult to access or that foreigners might face additional fees due to credit card charges. The most peculiar assertion was that entering a ZIP code at fuel stations posed a significant obstacle, which seemed far-fetched and misleading.
These aggressive upselling techniques undermined my trust in the service and detracted from an otherwise straightforward rental process. I would encourage a more transparent and customer-focused approach, emphasizing informed choice over pressure tactics.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
As always, the process was seamless, with an easy-to-navigate system and excellent communication. I especially appreciated the WhatsApp messages providing timely reminders about my car rental and helpful tips on navigating the area, including recommendations on places to visit.
The inclusion of Google Maps links for both pick-up and return locations was incredibly useful and much appreciated. This small but thoughtful detail made the process even smoother.
Additionally, thank you for the heads-up about potential upselling tactics for insurance and other services at the rental location. Your proactive advice helped me feel prepared and confident during the transaction.
Overall, a fantastic experience—thank you!

They charged me at the desk for additional insurance and other stuff. It surprised me, I thought everything has been done already
About QEEQ:10.0/10
Dollar charged me for additional insurance and other stuff at the desk I was not prepared for. Qeed website didn’t mentioned anything about it. Otherwise the booking process quite straightforward.
There was only 2 people in front of me but the service staff seemed to be very slow I was waiting a long time. When I had my turn I was 5mins or less which is more normal.
