SHOUQIZUCHE CAR RENTAL REVIEWS IN MALAYSIA

This is the worst car rental company I've ever seen, bar none. The pick-up and drop-off is at BLOCK D of the parking lot in Terminal 1 of Kuala Lumpur KLIA Airport. This parking lot is for internal staff and requires an employee card to enter. Nobody informed me about this when I picked up the car. When I returned the car, I found out I couldn't enter the parking lot without the employee card. I called Europcar, and they told me to wait at the entrance for someone to assist me. But it was useless; I waited for half an hour and nobody showed up. In the end, I was so anxious that I had to park the car on the road and run to the office to get someone to swipe the card for me. I almost missed my flight.

We booked a child seat, but the one provided was extremely low-quality and very dirty. Apart from this, they only had booster seats available, which was very disappointing.

No queue, the car was driven directly to the arrival area, very quick to pick up.
