Firstly, it's very difficult to find the pickup location on the 1st floor, and the drop-off is on the 10th floor. Moreover, the promised 30-60 days deposit refund took much longer. I had to contact the rental car customer service to get it back, and I was told it would take 7-14 days after 10 days of continuous follow-up. Ultimately, it seems the deposit refund might take up to 90 days. This car rental company is completely unreliable. Terrible service. As of now, I still haven't received the deposit back since I returned the car on August 14th.
The whole experience is great. We paid rm280 for 4 days, which is a real bargain. The car is clean and the engine is smooth. The personnel at the counter was very helpful. Overall, we give it 5 star.

The car is the cheapest one I could find. The condition is not 5 stars but very well for +/- 100km journey. The aircond condition is very good. I suppose the car is less than 4 years, looking at reg number. Paradise already prepared parkg spot for drop off. Very easy
Besides renting cars in China, this was my first time renting a car abroad. When I arrived at the store to pick up the car, the rental company informed me that the original seven-seater was broken, and they had no car available for me. They were trying to find a replacement for me. At that moment, it felt like the end of the world. My parents, wife, and children were standing next to me, adding immense pressure. I wondered why they didn’t start looking for a car earlier. Why wait until I arrived at the store with my passport to begin searching? After half an hour, they found a seven-seater with noticeable front bumper damage and significant wear and tear. The worst part was the air conditioning was broken. Can you survive in Malaysia without air conditioning? Of course, I couldn't accept that. Another 45 minutes later, they found a five-seater. With no other choices, I had to accept it. The price difference is still being processed by Zuzuche. The outcome is yet unknown... However, I must commend the local rental store staff for their continuously excellent attitude and their efforts to assist me. Additionally, the Zuzuche WeChat contact has been helpful and supportive. Although the incident was unfortunate, I am grateful for their assistance. Thank you!
The car shown in the platform is Audi A1 or similar but I was given a Honda City.
There is no way Honda City is similar to Audi A1. I did asked Paradise, they say they do not have Audi in the car listing and certainly will not put that in platform.
I do not know which side has problem. The apps or the car rental company.

The vehicle need proper service and checking to make sure it under good condition before rent out as good condition vehicle is more secure for the user.
The car was in poor condition, with over a hundred thousand kilometers on it and no ABS. It's been almost four months and the deposit still hasn't been refunded.
1. No body attend the counter when arrived. 3 contact phones displayed on counter but hard to get through. Waited more than 30 mins for 1 attendant to show up and serve
2. Car key with low battery. Should ensure good condition before handed over to customer. This created few inconveniences ( eg need to press multiple times for a possible car being locked) during the trip.

Me and my friends reach at exactly 8am as requested, but there was no car ready for us. The counter personnel informed us that the car have a flat tyre, so we needed to wait until 9am for the car tyre shop to open. Then all the counter staff left and there was nobody there. This was totally unacceptable for us to be waiting for an hour for the car repair so we called their customer support to complain. By right they should have checked the car thoroughly the day before. After discussing, they agreed to send a another car, but it will only arrive at 8.45am. In the end we got an older model of Saga than the promised Bezza new variant, and it's engine was underpowered.
The staff were off duty and demanded 100 RM from me before they would come to let me pick up the car. They told me they would come within an hour, but I ended up waiting from 10 PM to 1:30 AM. I called many times, and each time they said it would take only a few minutes.
Pick up location was confirmed the day before but was changed 15mins before time. We had to divert our taxi, it was complicated as we did not know the area. The car was very scratched and appeared very old with 156,000 kms on the clock. It was heavy to drive and consumed far too much petrol for the kms we did. It sounded like the exhaust was needing a repair and the indicators for change of direction did not work properly all the time.
