The company has a lot of vehicles, great service, low prices, and the model I chose exceeded my expectations. Thumbs up.

The airport shuttle bus takes you directly to the location, which is very convenient. The store has many self-service machines for picking up the car, making the process very easy without long lines. You print out a slip, and a dedicated counter will handle the process. They don't constantly push insurance, and the staff is very friendly.

Overall, it's pretty good but the wait time is quite long, and the self-service machines are not very user-friendly.

Renting and returning the car were both very convenient, especially with the shuttle service at the airport.

There were too many people, everyone was renting cars at the machine and then adding drivers — exhausting. Plus, the car I got wasn't what I reserved, so it was a scramble to get any car I could. From now on, I'll just book the cheapest car to avoid wasting money!

Probably because of the relatively low price, there were a lot of people, and it took almost an hour to get everything sorted. Most importantly, when I provided my booking reference, they said my reservation number had already been used. It took a long time to resolve the issue with the staff. I wonder how others would handle this if they're unable to clearly express the issue in English? QEEQ needs to improve its coordination with overseas car rental companies.

When we arrived, they changed our car to a small SUV, saying there was an error on the website and the requested model was not available. Due to our tight schedule, we couldn't spend much time communicating. However, it seemed deceptive. Please update your website information as soon as possible.

Very poor experience. We had to wait an hour at the airport for the rental company's shuttle bus, while Herz's shuttle buses came by at least ten times. Once we got to the rental hall, we had to wait another hour and a half in line before it was our turn to complete the paperwork. We had booked a Jeep Grand Cherokee or similar, but the best they had at the lot was a Ford Edge, and there was only one of those left. Most of the available cars were Jeep Compasses. In the end, we ended up with a Nissan Rogue. This was an absolutely awful car rental experience!

Picked up the car from the kiosk, very convenient and fast! Purchased CDW and EP during the rental, there was a 50cm crack on the windshield when returning the car, no need to pay, return was done in a minute.
