The ENTERPRISE location was closed, so I can't really rate it. They directed me to MEGADRIVE instead. The staff was friendly. However, the booking details were different from what was reserved online in my home country. The prepaid fees were not recognized. The insurance I purchased domestically was also not acknowledged, and they threatened that it would be invalid. The queue was quite lengthy. Other than that, it was alright.

Like: Easy Booking and cancellation support
Dislike: I would like to have the overall insurance also integrated on EasyRentCars website, so that i am aware of full charges beforehand

Like: Personalized check in procedure down to accompanying me to the pick up point.

First time renting a car abroad, many communication issues, but the staff remained very patient and explained everything clearly.

Compared to North America, it's just okay. Most cars in Europe are diesel, which is common knowledge for the locals, so they might not emphasize it. For us, the same brand often wouldn't be expected to run on diesel. If there's a breakdown, support from European companies is virtually non-existent.

There was no Alamo at Vienna Airport on July 1, 2017, as they said it went bankrupt. Zuzuche did not inform us in advance.

It was okay, no lines, so it was quick. But there were a lot of unexpected charges.

The store was a bit hard to find, and there weren't many people at Innsbruck airport.

When picking up the car in a dark underground garage on level 2 or 3, it was hard to see the car clearly. As a result, I did not notice some tiny chips in the paint. When dropping off the car in a well-lit outdoor area, the staff pointed out a small paint chip and blamed it on me. I am very sure there was no collision or scraping in that area. This made the return process very unpleasant.

When I arrived, they said the reservation was canceled.

Before the trip, I confirmed the order's validity with your company, and you assured me there were no issues. However, upon arrival in Europe, I was informed that the order had been canceled, wasting three hours of my time and energy to book a new car. Truly irresponsible.
