Unsatisfactory

Like: The counter for pick up and drop off is just at the airport itself. Though had to walk to the other terminal where we alighted, but thankful didnt need to travel out of airport in the traffic jam to retrieve the car.
Dislike: Communication was a slight issue as we couldnt speak in thai, but we still manage to get what we wanted.

Scamming company

Like: We got a automatic Toyota Komuter, it was big, spacious and comfortable!

The car that was provided was not as per the reservation; instead, we were given a downgraded vehicle. With a full number of travelers, the trunk was completely packed, making the trip uncomfortable. This was the biggest regret of the trip. In the future, I hope the company adheres to the rental agreement and does not arbitrarily provide any car. There is a payment contract in place after all. If I had known this was going to be the result, I would have rented a seven-seater business vehicle. I'm used to driving SUVs back home and wanted one abroad too. It was more expensive and I was downgraded.

Although the pickup location is one kilometer from the store, there is a shuttle service, which is convenient. The service attitude is also good.

The rental policy was not clearly explained!

Fraudulent company, do not choose

When returning the car, I filled up the tank at the gas station across the street, but they still charged me 300 baht when I got to the drop-off point. I was rushing to catch a flight and felt like I was being extorted since they wouldn't let me leave without paying.

Probably due to the language barrier, the overall experience was average.

Like: Car is good nice new!staffs are helpful! Will carry luggage for u~send you to departure hall!
Dislike: Maybe the staff couldn’t explain more in English with the credit card verification,for the deposit part.We just worry we cant get back the $$.

It might be because of the Chinese passport, they seem a bit lazy to deal with you.
