Always quick and convenient as usual!

Arrived a bit earlier than the scheduled time, the guy at the counter spoke Thai-accented English which was slightly hard to understand, but he was very nice and patient, and didn't push for insurance. The whole process was smooth; he actively led the car inspection and reminded me to refuel. It took about 10 minutes to complete everything and drive off. Returning the car involved a quick walk-around check, fuel level check, and signing off, which was also fast. However, the wait for the staff at the return location was quite long, which could be improved. Another thing, they didn't inform me that washing the car before returning it wasn't necessary, which cost me an hour. It would be helpful if they informed customers in advance. The car was quite new, with just over 20,000 kilometers on it, in good condition, and well-equipped.

Like: Low mileage and powerful car engine.
Dislike: The faulty cigarette lighter socket unable to use.

I arrived at the airport an hour earlier than expected. The staff at National were accommodating and allowed me to pick up the car an hour earlier. However, the free GPS provided by QEEQ did not work, causing me to get lost in Bangkok. On the return day, I got back ten minutes later than the expected return time and couldn't fill up the tank completely (it was one notch below full, and I estimate it would cost around 100 THB to fill it up). National charged an extra 450 THB, but I am not sure if it was for the fuel or the delay.

The service was excellent. Since we didn't purchase full insurance, there was a minor damage to the car, and the compensation cost was quite reasonable.

When booking and picking up the car, we agreed on the return time to be 5:30 PM repeatedly. First, it was delayed to 7:00 PM, then to 8:00 AM the next day, and finally, they came to pick up the car at 10:30 AM the next day. We couldn't go anywhere and had to wait in the hotel. This is extremely untrustworthy!!

I've rented cars many times, but this was the most disappointing experience. The 12-seater vehicle was in poor condition. It broke down halfway through the trip. Contacted the rental company for a replacement, but due to the distance, they kept delaying and never provided a new car. We had to get it repaired locally, wasting two valuable days of our trip, including accommodation and taxi costs, which we had to bear ourselves. When returning the car, the rental company had a terrible attitude. Big thumbs down to NATIONAL.

Great, the rental process is simple

The vehicle was not very new and had scratches. The service was satisfactory, and the pick-up and drop-off were quick.

Charged 600 THB for being one bar short on fuel! Ridiculously expensive!

Very professional, this is the second time I rented from them. Last time was in Phuket. Their cars are all new, comfortable to drive, and fuel-efficient.

We returned the car at Bangkok Airport and in Pattaya city. We tried contacting the National store to pick up the car from the hotel, and they gladly agreed and showed up quickly. Thumbs up!

Terrible

Pretty good service, quick processing, and easy to find location.

The service attitude was excellent, and there were no communication barriers in English. However, I was quite startled when they called me at noon to ask where I was. The airport road conditions were very complex; the car return spot is on the first floor of the terminal, but I mistakenly went to the second floor. The rental company even sent staff up to check the car. I only spent about 100 yuan on fuel for the whole day.

The staff was friendly and polite!
