Great service attitude, no need to queue.

Regarding this instance, the unreasonable deduction of the deposit caused me losses and made me very angry. Your company's attitude, speed, and indifference in handling the matter do not protect customer rights and have destroyed our trust in your company!

At the counter when pick-up, I was emphasized on non smoking and full fuel return... At the car, I was found it had a slight smell... different from a brand new smell...smoke. And more... the staff showed me the car had fuel 2/8. I gave a question, " Is the same fuel amount return okay?" He said "Yes."...But...it was a difficult mission...2/8 fuel return. In fact, I returned the car with fuel 1/2. If the company urges the driver on the full fuel return, it should fuel up at first. The car pick-up place Don Mueang airport is located in the area without gas station ?

Car had more than 90k on the clock. It took a long time to check the car because of all the scratches and dents (see photo of record). Only way to lock the car was to press the lock button on the inside of drivers door, then close the door and lock with the key. The service attendant seemed to deliberately hide this fact. He had inserted the key and had the engine started before we inspected the car and we didn't discover the problem till we stopped on the expressway services on the way to Cha Am, already far from the airport. Tried to upload one vehicle damage record but got a message "sorry, you can upload no more than 20 graphs".

The car inspection at pickup was very thorough. They marked all the scratched areas, which makes the return process easier.

I arrived before noon, and my appointment was also scheduled for noon. When I arrived, there was no one there. Only one other customer arrived after me, yet I was still scheduled to pick up the car at 1 PM. I don't understand why I had to wait so long. Were there no cars available? This was a breach of agreement.

The rental company service is decent, but vehicle maintenance is poor.

Like: New car
Dislike: When returning car, very confusing. Finding the location was very difficult especially Don Mueng Airport is having a facelift. It will be great if they provide a map.

The car conditions not so good. I wondering the car age >10 years. Small car easy to park but too bad no reverse sensor. No Bluetooth connection, it's hard while driving car using GPS.

Like: Pick up and drop off was seamless and quick. Car was very clean and new.

It took over an hour to get the car, and it still hadn't arrived.

The service was quite good during the car rental. It's recommended to prepare contracts in multiple languages.

Friendly communication and excellent service

Like: The most cheapest price I have been booked. Car are in very well condition.
Dislike: The airport way has been changed but my Google map never update. Make me lost more than hour to find how to go in to airport and traffic jam.

The business hours are different from what was listed on the rental platform. After 10 PM, there's an extra charge, and the staff has a really bad attitude.
