CAR RENTAL REVIEWS ON DOLLAR IN LOS ANGELES

Everything was fine except for the long wait (about an hour and a half) to pick up the car. It was my first time renting a car, so I didn't have much experience and ended up purchasing prepaid fuel, RoadSafe, and optional PPP without realizing it. However, Dollar's customer service patiently gave me tips, and I managed to cancel all of them when returning the car.

Overall, Dollar is very professional. The only thing I want QEEQ to check is your cooperation agreement with them. When they confirmed my order, they mentioned that per their agreement, I must pre-purchase a full tank of fuel and return the car with an empty tank. This is quite different from the usual practice of picking up with a full tank and returning with a full tank. It's impossible to use up all the fuel, especially for 1-2 day rentals.

The receptionist at the front desk asked me to sign the document without saying much. I said I had already paid, so why do I need to pay again? They started speaking a lot of Mex-English. When I got back home, I realized the payment was unnecessary. Damn, this is not how you scam people!

Very good, professional, and efficient. Their sales tactics are so effective that you end up spending a lot without realizing it. Companies in our country should learn from them.

The waiting time for a rental car at Los Angeles airport is quite long, almost an hour and a half. The rental procedures are very simple, but I was required to add the road safety insurance. I booked a standard-sized SUV like the Grand Cherokee, but they only had a Chevrolet of the same class, which has smaller space and less power. This was noticeable as soon as I hit the highway. Additionally, on the seventh day of usage, the air conditioning stopped working without any warning. Since I had to return the car in two days, I didn't bother to exchange it. I advise that renting a Japanese car might be more reliable.

1. After landing, we waited at the airport for a long time for the car to arrive. It was very windy and cold outside, and there were many cars from other rental companies. 2. We had to wait in a long line in the hall, but once it was our turn, the staff was very helpful and suggested additional services like roadside assistance for $132. We didn’t want to argue for too long, so we agreed. 3. The car model we got was a small MPV, not the large MPV that we had reserved. We couldn't find a large MPV in the parking lot and even the onsite staff couldn’t locate one, so we had to settle for the small MPV. 4. Returning the car went smoothly.

Not bad, the procedures were simple, and the car pickup and return were relatively quick.

QEEQ is quite responsible, but at Dollar's location, they still recommend insurance and other paid products, which is quite awkward. Overall, it's good; renting and returning the car is convenient.

The service was excellent and the process was convenient. Overall, we were quite satisfied. However, for interstate driving, we were required to purchase a so-called roadside assistance package, while other optional extras were excluded.
