Like: Car was great condition. Staff were lovely.
Dislike: Hard to locate their service desk. Not until we called that we found out that their office isn't at the airport but a block away.

Good

The rental company is a 5-minute drive from the airport, and there was a shuttle service to pick us up. There were not many people when we arrived, so the process was quite efficient. The staff briefly explained safety precautions and the car's features.

Like: Great little car to drive although sceptical at first for 2 people touring with quite a lot of luggage. Adequately powered, not too thirsty on fuel.
Dislike: I did ask about a few hours extension due to flight times in Christchurch but received no feedback at all from returning depot, despite being told they would contact me. This resulted in long wait at airport prior to flight.

Like: Best price for car rentals. New Zealand has the highest car rental price than all countries I visit.
Dislike: The only down side was we had to wait over half an hour from the time we rang them to be picked up at airport. Apart from that it was a fab experience.

Like: Easy pickup and drop off with transport to off airport location. Good valur car.
Dislike: A location map/ instructions for returning the car would be helpful. Interior windscreen was smudgy & needed a clean.

Closed too early, couldn't get the car on the first night

There was staff at the airport to hand over the car, and the process was quick and simple. Most importantly, the car was in great condition and the price was reasonable. Plus, diesel cars save a lot of money!

Like: amazing quality of vehicles and great services

The service attitude was satisfactory, no lines.

Like: The car we received was the model we had booked. The car was in perfect condition, being one of the latest models and with low mileage.
Dislike: The car was a little bit dirty, having sand in the glove box, the inside door handles and the back of the front seats were sticky.

The staff was friendly, but the wait time was a bit long.

This small car rental company is very particular about many details; be very careful.

I reserved a Toyota RAV4, but was given a SsangYong instead. The car was much smaller, less fuel-efficient, and clearly not the same class as the RAV4. When picking up and returning the car, I noticed other customers also did not receive their reserved models and were given lower-class cars. This company attracts Chinese tourists with competitive prices but deliberately provides lower-class vehicles. I strongly recommend that rental car platforms ban such companies.
