Les véhicules proposés sont pratiquement neuf, d’une excellente propreté et très sécuritaires. Le personnel est agréable et prend le temps lors du retrait et facilite le retour si c’est en dehors des horaires d’ouverture. Je recommande grandement !!!

The vehicle was in good condition. Service staff at pickup location were friendly. Email query prior to booking was quickly answered. No complaints!

Seamless booking process

Overall service was standard. The staff was detailed and enthusiastic, explaining patiently and using a translation app for communication.

Very satisfied, I received a brand new Yaris Cross.

Drop off in Bergen was also a bit confusing only because Europcar doesn’t have an office in the rental car center. They do have clearly marked section to leave car though. You go into the airport and drop the key into an automated machine box. There is a staff member there but busy handling the long line of pickup customers. No chance to ask questions about the toll fees, etc. You just have to trust. There is no real expectation setting here.

Perfect. Only after the drop off you find it difficult for o carry your luggage and o the departure area. Cars should have facility to connect the airdrop navigation system at these times.

The personnel at Europcar were super helpful and informative.

We were upgraded to a bigger vehicle which was a mixed blessing and were overall happy with our experience and Europcar's staff. One exception being charged for a scratch on a door handle which will unlikely to be fixed (car already had previous scratches).
