Everything was great!

The car was excellent as I paid for an upgrade. However, the service was very poor, and the staff at Hertz were rude and unreasonable. I do not recommend using Hertz.

Excellent service! The car is almost brand new, with just over 10,000 kilometers on the odometer!

The vehicle was in great condition and fuel-efficient as it was a diesel. The staff were friendly, but there was no one to accompany me for an on-site vehicle inspection.

The price was slightly higher than when booked. The reserved BMW 3 was replaced with a Passat Wagon, which was acceptable.

Great service. Booked a BMW 3, but received a Mercedes E diesel wagon. The vehicle was very new with less than 20,000 kilometers, clean and tidy. Service was professional and reliable.

When we arrived in Frankfurt, the Mercedes 8-seater we reserved was unavailable, and they insisted on giving us a Ford 7-seater instead. We had eight people, how could we all fit? We went back to negotiate with the lady at the counter. She insisted that only the 7-seater was available. The two cars are of different sizes and not even in the same group. She was clearly lying, saying that the rest were all 9-seaters that required extra payment to upgrade. We argued that this was Hertz's problem and they needed to resolve it. She eventually said she would try to get a car from a nearby location but couldn't guarantee it. She asked us to wait on a nearby sofa, but we insisted on waiting at the counter. In less than a minute, she rummaged around and suddenly found the 8-seater Mercedes right next to the Ford. This is blatant lying. If not for the communication between Zuzuche and Hertz, I would have sent an email to complain. I have Hertz's gold card and this is the kind of deceptive service I get!

I booked a BMW 3 Series but got a new Volvo XC60 instead. However, it cost an extra 250 euros. Foreigners are getting smarter too.
