Pickup process was too slow

The service of this company is extremely poor. After chatting with some Italian customers, almost none of them rent from this company. You must find the local address on Google Maps and have detailed address information matching the ID number. How can Google Maps have all the domestic data like Baidu Maps? This whole mess took an hour.

The elderly gentleman at the Rome branch provided good service.

Nette en redelijk nieuwe auto. Bij het afhalen ongeveer een half uurtje moeten wachten ivm drukte. Vriendelijke service aan de balie en geen gepush om extra verzekeringen of iets dergelijks aan te schaffen. Bij het afleveren van de auto een vlotte afhandeling.

Goede overzichtelijke website. Eenvoudig proces om te boeken.

The prices are relatively reasonable, there are plenty of cars, and the staff are quite decent.

Carefully check in absolute details your vehicle conditions upon pickup, as at the return they will look for ANY paint scratch which was not documented. They did find very light scratches made by vegetation on the car which hard to spot and not noted on the original contract, luckily I had pictures of all the car body parts and could show them it was present. I suggest you heavily document the car condition using the same method, they have little leniency on ANY damage

My first experience with Sicily by Car was great, this one was not. Vehicle was dirty and there was a smell of cigarettes. Car was damaged but I didn't care too much attention since I bought the insurance at the counter-

the staff at the drop off point was not helpful in any way. Instead of talking to me in English, he spoke Italian with the people around him. He later refused to share any documents he might need. I tried to convince him to help me for about an hour. I will never choose this company again in Italy.

The biggest disappointment of the whole process was when we had to queue at the counter for nearly two hours to get the vehicle and that affected badly our plans for the day.

Too many unnecessary upsells for other vehicles. Booked the car so early but it's never available, always trying to upsell you on other cars, insurance, and additional services. In the future, better to automate it and avoid dealing with people.

The car rental process was relatively quick. However, even though I had pre-registered all the information online, I still had to fill out everything by hand at the counter, which was inconvenient and time-consuming.

When returning the car, there was a scratch. I said it was there during the inspection, but they disagreed. I was in a hurry and didn't want to argue, so I paid the rental company's charge of $386. After paying, they gave me a piece of paper asking why there was a scratch. I wrote, 'I don't know why there's a scratch. I believe it was there when I rented the car.' The rental company staff questioned why I wrote that, and I said that's what I believe to be true. She told me in my face that she didn't need the paper and crumpled it up before throwing it in the trash. Additionally, I received a 5-seater Tiguan, which is not listed among the vehicle options provided. Please check if the Volkswagen Tiguan 5-seater falls within the type I rented, because I believe it is not in the same category as the BMW X5. I formally lodge a complaint with Zuzuche against this rental company. Please investigate.

Reviewing a rental from 4 years ago is quite a task. The car was hard to find, and the Alfa Romeo I originally booked was replaced with a Citroen C4. Overall, it was decent, but not particularly impressive.

Very slow processing, had to fill out a lot of paperwork. Not even half as fast as back home.

I sedili posteriori dell'auto non erano pulitissimi ma la macchina era complessivamente in buono stato e seminuova. Ho avuto un upgrade gratuito del veicolo.
