The car's license plate was stolen in Wollongong, and the door was reportedly damaged. I exchanged the car in Sydney with the help of QEEQ customer service, who also assisted with reporting the incident to the police. The rental agency seems to be run by Indians as most staff are Indian. Their attitude is good, but the processing is slow because many tasks require manual input. They also asked for the CVV code for the credit card pre-authorization, which felt a bit insecure. Insurance was promoted but not forced, the condition of the car was good, and the return inspection was quick.
