Both pick-up and drop-off were very easy, and the provided vehicle had good cost performance. Compared to renting and returning cars domestically, mutual trust is the most cost-effective way to transact. Thumbs up.

Like: Easy picking up and drop off Dislike: There was not cars to choice in Toronto, I took the first which arrived. Fortunately I had not to wait for so long.
The lack of Chinese service resulted in buying insurance on Zuzuche and then repurchasing it locally. When returning the car with a full tank, they still asked for fuel payment, but it was resolved smoothly through Zuzuche customer service without extra charges.
Like: Very friendly & efficient staff, they even gave us a free upgrade :)
They provide a shuttle to & from the Viscount station. Dislike: When we first called we didn't understand that the person was saying Routes, we thought they were saying Ruth"s.
We eventually figured it out.
Like: Friendly staff with professional approach, explained everything required some helpful tips about the toll highway. Drop off was smooth. Dislike: Nothing
Like: I liked all the process Dislike: Well the bad thing was that I lost my wallet and the last time I used it was when I had to show Drivers licience and my insurance card. I thought I must have left it on the counter but when I returned from vacation the people working at the counter said there was nothing there.
Like: We were anxious to come to a new city and not know where we were going to; the GPS made the trip effortless and pleasurable. We were able to enjoy exploring different areas of Toronto, Cambridge and Kitchener to mention a few places...feeling confident and comfortable at all times. Staff was helpful and cheerful at all times.
